Innerbody Labs Return Policy
At Innerbody Labs, we're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. And we're confident in the quality of our product. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and ship it back to us. We'll refund you on the order price — no questions asked. (You're responsible for return shipping fees.)
We're confident in the quality of our supplement — confident enough to refund you for the portion of an order that you already used. We want you to try Testosterone Support. If it doesn't satisfy you, then send us the bottle(s) (unopened and opened) that were part of your order, and we'll refund you for all of them, including the opened/used bottle.
Of course, we greatly value your feedback and will ask you to let us know why you wish to return your order. No answer will disqualify you from receiving a refund, but we’d like to know if the product simply did not work to your satisfaction or if your order was defective or damaged upon arrival. We hope you will tell us so that we can thoroughly investigate for quality assurance purposes.
As long as you initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order, we will refund you on the original dollar amount you paid when you purchased the order. Please review our policy details below to make sure you are eligible for a return, and then follow the simple instructions to initiate the return.
Eligibility for Returns:
You have 30 days from the date you received the order to successfully initiate a return of the order. If you do not initiate a return on your order within 30 days of having received it, then you will no longer be able to return it.
We will accept a returned order, even if you partially used it, as long as the order return was initiated within the 30-day timeframe.
Return Process:
Step 1: Initiate a return
You can either initiate a return within your account profile interface on our website or by going to https://shop.innerbody.com/a/returns
When you request a return, please be sure to have the email and zip code associated with the order handy and include your reason for returning the product.
Step 2: Mail your order back to us
In your parcel, you must include:
- The supplement containers that were part of this order (whether unopened or opened/used).
- The order number of your original order.
Note that you are responsible for return shipping fees. Innerbody Labs does not pay for return shipping. We recommend using the postal service provided in the Returns Portal or using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Step 3: We receive your returned order and issue your refund
As long as you have included that information, initiated your return within the 30-day eligibility period, and mailed the bottles (opened and unopened) back to us, we will process your refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned order.
You will then receive a refund of the price you paid for this specific order that you are returning. You will see this refund as a credit to your original method of payment.
