Fees:
Innerbody Labs offers free shipping for subscribers. There is only a shipping fee for non-subscribers if the order value is less than $50.
Expedited shipping:
At this time, Innerbody Labs offers expedited shipping within the United States for a flat fee ($17.99).
International shipping:
In addition to serving our customers in the United States, Innerbody Labs also ships to Canada and the United Kingdom.
Orders to Canada and the U.K. will ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning duties, fees, and taxes are collected at checkout. This ensures a smoother delivery experience for you, with no surprise charges upon arrival.
For Canadian customers, please note that each product in the order must contain no more than a 90-day supply to comply with Canada's personal exemption limit for supplement imports. This helps prevent delays or customs holds at the border.
Shipping times and notifications:
Shipping times will vary. On average, orders within the U.S. will take approximately 3.5 days from the moment they ship to the moment they arrive at their destination. The estimated delivery window for international orders is 5–10 business days.
You will receive the following notifications about your order:
- Order confirmation (an email confirming the order that you placed with us)
- Shipping confirmation (an email letting you know that your order has shipped and is on its way)
- Delivery confirmation (an email letting you know that your order has arrived)
Order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@innerbody.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
