Subscription Policy

Automatic Renewal & Term

When you subscribe, your initial subscription term will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration at Innerbody Labs’ then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Shipping & Availability


In addition to serving customers in the United States, Innerbody Labs ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Subscription purchases will be delivered on the schedule and frequency you select until cancelled.

All international subscription orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout—so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

For Canadian customers, each product in your order must not exceed a 90-day supply, in accordance with Canada’s personal import regulations for supplements. Orders exceeding this limit may be delayed or held at customs.

For other international destinations, orders must be for personal use and comply with local regulations, including ingredient and quantity restrictions.

Subscription Term, Renewal & Pricing

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
  • Renewal occurs on the first day following the end of each subscription term (“Renewal Commencement Date”).
  • You will only be charged for the product price plus applicable shipping/handling; there is no separate subscription fee.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

By subscribing, you authorize Innerbody Labs to charge your payment method now and at the start of each subsequent subscription period until cancellation.

Renewal Reminders & Cancellations

  • Renewal reminder emails are sent 4 days before each renewal charge.
  • If you cancel while an order is processing or shipping, you will still be charged for that order. To receive a refund, you must complete the returns process after delivery.
  • If you cancel mid-term, we will fulfill any shipments already paid for but will not refund charges for products not yet delivered as of your cancellation date.

Returns & Refunds

Pause & Skip Options

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Semi-Annual subscriptions: You may pause or skip a shipment by managing your account online or emailing support@innerbody.com before renewal is processed.

Billing & Payments

  • One-time purchases are charged at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of each subscription period.
  • Because subscriptions renew automatically, you must cancel before renewal to avoid additional charges.
  • We may obtain pre-authorization for up to the full order amount. If you enroll in recurring payments, charges will be billed to the payment method provided.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may modify pricing, available products, shipping/handling, or other terms from time to time. Changes apply to future renewal periods. We will notify you in advance of any material changes. Your continued subscription constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel before your next Renewal Commencement Date.

Account Accuracy & Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account details current, including shipping address (U.S. only), email, and payment method. Innerbody Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate information.

Termination

Innerbody Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription at any time, at our sole
