Automatic Renewal Notice

IF YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICES FOR A TERM (THE “INITIAL TERM”), THEN THE INITIAL TERM WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED FOR ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF THE SAME DURATION AS THE INITIAL TERM AT INNERBODY LABS’ THEN-CURRENT FEE FOR SUCH SERVICES UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME.

Shipping & Availability

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. When you purchase a subscription to products through our site, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Subscription Term, Renewal & Pricing

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay.
  • Your subscription will continue—and you will be charged—at the start of each subscription period until you choose to cancel.
  • After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew on the first day following the end of that period (each, a “Renewal Commencement Date”) for an additional subscription term at Innerbody Labs’ then-current price.
  • There is no separate subscription fee. You will only be charged for the product price and applicable shipping/handling costs.

How to Manage or Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

By subscribing, you authorize Innerbody Labs to charge your payment method now, and again at the beginning of each subsequent subscription period until you cancel.

Renewal Reminders & Cancellations

  • We send a renewal reminder email 4 days prior to each renewal charge.
  • If you cancel while an order is processing or shipping, you will still be charged for that order. To receive a refund, you must go through the returns process after delivery (see below).
  • If you cancel during a subscription period, we will fulfill any outstanding shipments already paid for, but we will not refund charges for products not yet received as of the cancellation date.

Pause & Skip Options

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may pause or skip an upcoming shipment by managing your subscription online or emailing support@innerbody.com before the renewal is processed.
  • Prepaid subscriptions: Prepaid plans cannot be paused but will continue shipping until the term ends. (You may update your shipping address within the U.S. for remaining shipments before processing.)

Billing & Payments

  • All amounts are payable and charged:
    For one-time purchases: at the time you place your order.
    For subscriptions: at the beginning of each subscription period.
  • Because subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods (monthly or prepaid), you must cancel before renewal to avoid being billed again.
  • We may obtain pre-authorization for up to the full order amount. If you enroll in automatic recurring payments, charges will be billed to the payment method you designate at account setup.

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may modify pricing, available products, shipping/handling, or other terms from time to time. Changes will apply to future renewal periods. We will notify you in advance of any material changes or price adjustments, and your continued subscription constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel before your next Renewal Commencement Date.

Account Accuracy & Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account information current, including shipping address (U.S. only), email, and payment method. Innerbody Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or outdated account information.

Termination
