My big thing was waking up in the middle of the night, like 3am (I know, but it's not ghosts), and then my brain starts racing thinking about the next day or things I meant to do yesterday. Then the awareness of that pattern stressed me out, which made it even harder to get back to sleep, so it was a crappy self-perpetuating thing. This solved all of that for me. Fewer times waking at 3am, and when I do, I just drift back to sleep. It's such a simple thing but I'm so grateful.

Fell asleep an hour after taking it and stayed asleep ALL NIGHT! I don't think I woke up once. I'm small and have fast metabolism so YMMV but this worked like a charm for me, and no morning fog.

Pretty transformative, and not just my stamina. We kayak, and I legit have less shoulder and wrist pain. Might have made me wired a couple nights at the start, but I adjusted. Totally worth it.

I started incorporating this supplement for into my daily routine for the past 3 months. At 43 yrs old my testosterone level in March was 180 and although I was offered to start on TRT I wanted to try and see if I could improve my levels using an alternate solution. I have lost over 80lbs in the last 10 months utilizing a healthy diet and regular exercise but in the last couple of months since starting this product I have seen a drastic change in my body composition, energy levels, sexual function and mental clarity. I do believe this product is helping improve my personal mens health and I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to try an alternate option to TRT.
