I got diagnosed after our 18 year old daughter. We both take FOCUS morning and afternoon and I stopped for 2 days and noticed things were more difficult. Same for our daughter. We both also take SLEEP which helps settle 'spinning mind syndrome'. I've recommended them to many friends.
