Shipping Options and Costs

Fees:

There are no shipping fees when you buy our product. All orders ship for free to any location within the United States.

Expedited shipping:

At this time, Innerbody Labs does not offer expedited shipping options.

International shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping times and notifications:

Shipping times will vary, but on average, orders will take approximately 3.5 days from the moment they ship to the moment they arrive at their destination.

You will receive the following notifications about your order, and you can choose to receive them either by email or text message:

  • Order confirmation (Confirming the order that you placed with us)

  • Shipping confirmation (Letting you know that your order has shipped and is on its way)

  • Out for delivery (Informing you that the carrier locally has your package and is en route)

  • Delivery confirmation (Notifying you that your order has arrived)

Order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

APO/FPO addresses: 

All APO/FPO addresses are treated as domestic shipping, which means we can deliver there.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@innerbody.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
